“Bellwether Enterprise has successfully worked with Salus on multiple HUD Section 8 assisted and insured projects since Salus was founded. These projects include a smaller senior designation project utilizing a Fannie Mae acquisition loan and a 221(d)(4) construction loan utilizing 4% LIHTC. We also provided a rehabilitation loan for a 100% Section 8 Family complex. This project utilized a 223(f) immediate execution loan alongside 4% LIHTC. Both these projects closed on time and have completed or are on budget with little displacement or interruption to the existing tenant population.
